ECCN is a voluntary organisation and a multicultural network whose aims are to represent, promote, protect and inform the international cultures throughout Eastbourne
ECCN promotes unity and respect for the diversity and richness of all communities. Eastbourne Cultural Communities Network, emerged from a partnership involving Eastbourne’s Association of Voluntary Services (EAVS), Eastbourne Borough Council, Terrence Higgins Trust and ‘Women In Action’. Now three years on, it has grown into a vibrant stand-alone multi-cultural network; representing many different ethnicities and cultural groups. ECCN receives funding from Altogether Eastbourne; the inclusive community sub-group of the Eastbourne Strategic Partnership (ESP).
Drop In Sessions
ECCN’s Drop In sessions aim to bring the community and service providers closer together. Sessions are held at 4pm on the first Wednesday of each month in the informal setting of our Community Base in Cavendish Place and give you the chance to find out what services are available to help you. If you represent a service that is looking to connect with the local community then please contact us to discuss availabilty of future sessions
